2 Provide Proof of Income

We need to verify that you have a steady cash flow to comfortably pay your rent. Please select the category that applies to you and gather the requested documents.

🏢 For Salary Workers

If you are formally employed by a company or the government, you must provide:

Your Exact Occupation (Job Title).
Employer Details: The name and official phone number of the company or HR department.
Payslips: Clear photos or PDFs of your official payslips from the last 3 months.

🏪 For Business & Self-Employed

If you run a business or work for yourself, provide a 3-month history using ONE of these methods:

MTN/Orange MoMo: Download your 3-month statement PDF directly from the app. Or go to any nearby MTN office and they will help you retrieve it
Bank Account: Download a 3-month e-statement from your mobile banking app.
Njangi/Tontine: A clear photo of your updated Njangi booklet showing regular savings, visibly signed by your group's president.

3 Gather Your Identity Data

Collect these final four items to complete your file:

Official Identification: A clear, glare-free photo of your National ID Card (CNI), Passport, or valid Driver's License.
Previous Landlord Reference: Provide the full name and phone number of your last landlord. (For verification purposes only).
Workplace GPS Pin: When you are physically at your job or business location, open WhatsApp, click the Attachment icon ➔ Location ➔ "Send Your Current Location".
Emergency Contact (Next of Kin): The name, phone number, and relationship of a trusted family member or guarantor.
